Yup yup , i have a Shiny Lugia called Silfea and i recently drew him on Pikasurf Poteto =3

He is just a quicky but its the best pic i've done of Rugia (Lugia) yet , so thought i'd just show it anyway XP

Thankies Orange ! =3 Uhuh....Oakaki is a lil confusing at first but , its really clever and helps you to improve your Art skills. Plus , you can do certain types of Art there that you can't do on any other Art Package n.n You should come Joinie Pikasurf Poteto ;)
