My Mew on Diamond (migrated from Emerald)

I've got a question:

Is my MEW good? He's quite-natured

Its stats are:
- HP 143 - Atk 93 - Def 89 - SpAtk 119 - SpDef 89 - Speed 89.

It's at lv41 and knows:
- Metronome
- Dark Pulse
- Psychic
- Dragon Pulse

It's good?

Use an IV calculator for the stats. I'm no expert on mew, but calm mind, psychic, and boltbeam could be a good set. nasty plot also works in place of calm mind.
