My mmorpg...

It depends on what you need help on. I can help you with isolated bits of code or some graphics, but I can't make your game for you.
 
i know. how do i get pokemon to appear? i dont know...
 
in the grass, why?????? does it matter?
 
If you are using the default battle system, make a new Terrain called Appearance Grass or somethin', then make that the Terrain for your grass tile. Under Terrain just boost the Enc Multiplier to 200 or something around there.

If you don't like that method, go to your map, right click the heirarchy, and select "Creat New Area." Box off your grassy regions and select which pokemon will appear there.
 
Erm...how is this being made in RM2k3?

It's completely impossible for RM2k3 to make an MMORPG. RM2k3 does not, and never has had, online capabilities.
