My Monferno Lost his flare

    Ya.. So i put my Monferno in the daycare cause i was hatching my togepi egg at the time and he forgot ALL his Fire related moves But he learns a new one at level 39
    mine is level 37
    But i never liked my monferno id rather replace him with a stronger pokemon
    So should i level my monferno so he learns his fire move
    Or just replace him with a water type pokemon since i dont have one
    Im replacing him with a lvl 35 Tentacruel or keep him

    These are my Monfernos Moves

    Cut
    Rock Smash
    Shadow Claw
    Close Combat
     
    I wouldn't bother replacing him. If this is on either Diamond or Pearl, then just keep him; if you want a fire type, your only other option is Rapidash. If this is Platinum, though, and you still want a fire type, there's a handful to choose from. And why does the poor thing have two HMs? I could sit here and ask questions, but I'd rather answer yours. It learns Fire Spin at 39, which isn't a very powerful fire-type move. If I were you, I'd keep him and get the Flamethrower TM at Fuego Ironworks after you're able to Surf. If you'd rather not do that, Infernape learns Flare Blitz at level 57. Hope I could help.
     
    Ya I'm trying to find the guy that's dislearns moves and I'll go for the flamethrower thanks btw it's platinum
     
    The move deleter is in the house below the Pokemon Center in Canalave City, and no problem.
