Ya, I need help with my NetBattle team. I know it's not worth a hill of beans [and I'm sure some of you have trounced me already...], so I'm looking for some advice to make it a winning team [I KNEW I shouldn't have made an Electroburn-themed team?]. My Team Power is at 63%

    Jolteon [m]
    @Miracle Seed
    EVs: HP: 176 Def: 154 Speed: 17 Sp.Atk: 163
    Bold nature
    Volt Absorb
    Bite
    Hidden Power [grass]
    Thunder Wave
    Thunderbolt

Jolteon is my Elec sweeper. HP is for those irritating Ground- and Rock-types [it usually does good damage before PinZap is Quaked?]

    Charizard [m]
    @ King's Rock
    EVs: HP: 74 Attk: 80 Def: 54 Speed: 145 Sp.Atk: 104 Sp.Def: 53
    Naughty nature
    Blaze
    Aerial Ace
    Aincientpower
    HeatWave
    Substitute

BlackDragn is my Fire sweeper. Aincientpower is a surprise tech, and I used HeatWave instead of Flamethrower because? well, because it's different.

    Magneton
    @Miracle Seed
EVs: HP: 236 Def: 142 Sp. Def: 132
    Calm nature
    Sturdy
    Double Team
    Reflect
    Hidden Power [grass]
    Spark

MagnetMan is my Elec Wall. Double Team and Reflect are obvious? HP is, again, for Rock- and Ground- types. Spark, I believe, has a higher paralyze rate, and that's why it's in there.

    Torkoal [m]
    @ Focus Band
    EVs: HP: 111 Def: 152 Sp.Atk: 92 Sp.Def: 155
    Sassy nature
    White Smoke
    Amnesia
    Iron Defense
    Flamethrower
    Rock Slide

Smokey is my Firewall. If he lasts long enough, he proves to be quite tough to beat. Rock Slide is there because of an unfortunate battle with a Flash Fire-equipped Pok?mon.

    Dragonite [m]
    @ Salac Berry
    EVs: HP: 78 Attk: 154 Speed: 40 Sp.Atk: 153 Sp.Def: 85
    Mild nature
    Inner Focus
    Dragon Dance
    Earthquake
    Outrage
    Safeguard

Ssargon is? well, he's a Dragon. Before a change recently, he was my Elec Dragon. I use Safeguard in combination with Outrage, and Dragon Dance in combination with Earthquake.

    Salamence [m]
    @ Charcoal
    EVs: HP: 95 Attk: 61 Def: 83 Speed: 59 Sp.Atk: 115 Sp.Def: 97
    Mild nature
    Intimidate
    Brick Break
    Dragon Dance
    Flamethrower
    Hidden Power [grass]

DragonMan is my Fire Dragon. HP Grass is as mentioned twice above. Dragon Dance is used in combination with Brick Break.

I know I can't possibly win with this team [I haven't, either?], so any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm about ready to dump this element theme, too, so assistance there would be appreciated as well.

I've also found Blissey to be unbeatable with this team. Please help!

Slight tip - never use those 1.1 booster items, they never provide enough of a boost when something like a Petaya berry does much better.

    Jolteon@Petaya Berry
EV: 252 Speed, 252 Sp Att, 6 Sp Def
    Nature: + Speed, - Att
    Thunderbolt
    Thunder Wave/Wish
    Substitute
    HP Ice/Grass

I prefer HP Ice just for being able to hurt Dragons.

Charizard - only Aerial Ace gets a flinch chance from King's Rock, so I don't think it's worth using your item slot over. Lum Berry is my preferred choice of item.

    Charizard@Lum/Salac Berry
EV: 252 Speed, 252 Att, 6 Sp Def
    Nature: + Att, - Sp Att/Def
    Swords Dance
    Aerial Ace
    Rock Slide
    Brick Break

Magneton - whoa, lot of mess to fix here:

    Magneton@Leftovers/Petaya Berry (Note: Magnet Pull)
EV: 252 Sp Att, 8 Speed, 125 Sp Def, 125 HP
Nature: + Sp Att, - Att
    Metal Sound
    Thunderbolt/Thunder
    HP Fire/Water
    Toxic/Rain Dance

Metal Sound makes Blissey run in fear, and Magneton's electric attacks can take down Skarmory (and he can't run due to Magnet Pull). Minor speed EV to be able to outrun most Skarmory too (but beware those HP Ground Skarm that sacrifice tanking to be able to KO Magneton).

Torkoal - not a fan of trying to boost both defences:

    Torkoal@Leftovers
EV: 212 HP, 40 Att, 117 Sp Att, 141 Def
Nature: + Sp Def, - Speed
    Amnesia
    Rock Slide
    Fire Blast
    Toxic/Explosion

When they throw in someone to poison Torkoal - take em down with Explosion. That goes for all Blissey too. Torkoal's defences are high enough not to need Iron Defence, so go with Amnesia.

Dragonite - Safeguard-Outrage is an interesting tactic, but you lack versatility by going along this route:

    Dragonite@Liechi Berry
    EV: 252 Speed, 252 Att, 6 Def
Nature: + Att, - Sp Att
    Substitute
    Focus Punch
    Aerial Ace
    Flamethrower

    Time for more anti-Skarmbliss.

    Salamence@Lum Berry
    EV: 252 Att, 252 Speed, 6 Def
Nature: + Att, - Sp Att
    Dragon Dance
    Rock Slide
    Brick Break/Earthquake
    Aerial Ace

    Ye olde standard physical Salamence.

    Edit:

Toothache beat me to it. Remember that Outrage/Safeguard was really only useful in GSC when there were no strong Dragon attacks. Dragon Breath was okay, but a bit weak.

    Jolteon @ Petaya Berry
    Trait: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 6 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Baton Pass
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    Standard.

    Charizard @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 SAtk
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Belly Drum
    - Substitute
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Fire Blast / Flamethrower // pick your flavour

    Standard.

Magneton @ Leftovers // not sure about the item
    Trait: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 158 HP / 100 Def / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Thunder Wave
    - Metal Sound

    Standard.

    Torkoal @ Leftovers
    Trait: White Smoke
    EVs: 252 HP / 158 Def / 100 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Amnesia / Iron Defence // pick your flavour
    - Toxic
    - Rest
    - Flamethrower

Amnesia up to make up for your awful SpDf, or beef up your PhDf with Iron Defence. Toxic is there to get Fire-Flash monsters.

    Dragonite @ Leftovers
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt

Sub-punching, boltbeaming Dragonite. 0 Spd IVs to get the Sub for the punch.

    Salamence @ Lum Berry
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 253 Atk / 112 Spd / 145 SAtk
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Fire Blast / Flamethrower // pick your flavour
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake

    Standard.

There's a big weakness to Rock attacks. You can't beat Blissey, because you haven't enough physical attacks. You ought to do better now that there are more. Some of your EVs were everywhere. I've listed them so that they're more concentrated. The two dragons should not be on the same team, because of the 4x weakness to Ice on both. There also isn't a (pseudo)hazer. So you may want Dragonite to have Haze or Roar, or just dump one of the dragons for a (pseudo)hazer.

    Aerodactyl>your team =[

Anyway, get rid of Salami, Magneton, and Torkoal, and put in other monsters that help with their weaknesses...

Walrein and Lapras would be good additions, Swellow/Linoone also, and maybe even Hypno/Grumpig for Special Walls

Thanks for your help. I shall impliment these strategies and see how well they work.

Go with tooth and khold. They beat me to all recommendations they had. Note: Special and physical walls absorb hits, and generally dont do anything but inflict status ailments and stop your other mons from dieing.

Right. I took a look at all of your suggestions, and this is what I came up with.

    Charizard (M) @ Lum Berry ** BlackDragn

    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 SDef
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Brick Break
    - Heat Wave
    - Swords Dance

    Jolteon (M) @ Petaya Berry ** PinZap
    Trait: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 6 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Baton Pass
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

Magneton @ Petaya Berry ** MagnetMan
    Trait: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 158 HP / 100 Def / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Metal Sound
    - Thunder Wave
    - Thunderbolt

    Wailord (M) @ Petaya Berry ** BlimpMan
    Trait: Water Veil

    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Water Spout

    Dragonite (M) @ Salac Berry ** Ssargon
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Ice Beam
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt
    - Focus Punch

    Salamence (M) @ Lum Berry ** DragonMan
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spd

Right. I took a look at all of your suggestions, and this is what I came up with.

    Charizard (M) @ Lum Berry ** BlackDragn
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 SDef
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Brick Break
    - Heat Wave
    - Swords Dance
Since you want a special attack now, White Herb over Lum Berry and Overheat over Heat Wave, if you please.

    Jolteon (M) @ Petaya Berry ** PinZap
    Trait: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 6 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Baton Pass
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt
Your sub will get broken before you can bp... o__o Quick attack in the baton pass slot maybe.

Magneton @ Petaya Berry ** MagnetMan
    Trait: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 158 HP / 100 Def / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Metal Sound
    - Thunder Wave
    - Thunderbolt
Dude, 4 or 8 speed evs, please. Take em from HP/SP Def.

    Wailord (M) @ Petaya Berry ** BlimpMan
    Trait: Water Veil
    EVs: 255 HP / 84 Spd / 171 SAtk
    Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Water Spout
Wailord is too slow to water spout properly. Hydro Pump or surf over it? Wailord isn't an attacker though. Milotic should be better.

    Dragonite (M) @ Salac Berry ** Ssargon
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Ice Beam
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt
    - Focus Punch
Good. No @ Salac Berry. No speed evs! Not much diff! @ Lefies to recover under your sub.

    Salamence (M) @ Lum Berry ** DragonMan
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 6 Def / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Brick Break
    - Dragon Dance
    - Rock Slide
    - Aerial Ace
You don't need 252 speed. 269 is enough to outrun jolteon/alakazam after 1 dance. Use that. Earthquake over brick break. Since Charizard is your skarm bliss counter, sort of, I guess this is ok.
