I think there are too many Pokemon evolution lines in here. Pick a few that you really like and stick to them.

Which evolution lines do you like that you've put in there? There's not exactly any synergy between any of the Pokemon that sticks out to me. You could change that by focusing more on the electric types and adding in 3 Eelektrik and 3 Tynamo (do not add Eelektross, as Eelektrik has an Ability that makes it far more useful than Eelektross) to attach Lightning Energy from your discard pile to your Benched Pokemon.

Another thing that sticks out to me is that you want more Pokemon Catcher and more Cilan in there, and 3 Professor Juniper wouldn't hurt to add, either.

Since I'm guessing this is more of a casual play deck, I suppose you could add in 1 or 2 in the event the Eels are the only thing on your bench and you don't have a more Powerful 'mon available, but Eelektrik is still better to have on the field because you can use it to charge up your reserve attackers (your main attacker would still have to by charged up by energy from your hand).

If you add in Eelektrik, you'll want to add in 4 Professor Juniper, though, so you can get the energy into the discard pile for Eelektrik more easily.
