When posting your team to be rated, please use the following format:

    Poke @ Held Item
    Trait: Trait
    EVs: HP / Atk / Def / Spd / SAtk / SDef
    Nature (+Stat, -Stat)
    - Move 1
    - Move 2
    - Move 3
    - Move 4

It makes it MUCH easier to view your team and offer suggestions. The reason you haven't had a response yet is probably attributed to your hard-to-read format.

    Fixes and suggestions in bold:
Groudon @ Leftovers / Shell Bell
    Trait: Drought
    EVs: Max Atk and HP

    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
    - Swords Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast
    - Rock Slide

Your selection is much better on this team. The nature is okay, although the -Spd will hurt. Adamant would have been a preferred nature, but not much we can do about it now. Swords Dance is a great choice, Earthquake is a no-brainer, but Solarbeam and Eruption are horrible choices. Fire Blast over Eruption since its trait makes Fire attacks plenty powerful for what they need to hit. Rock Slide over Solarbeam since if you are up against a flier or a Levitate Poke, you cannot take advantage of its boosted Atk. As I said in your other team rate, Solarbeam is not needed. Well, Groudon isn't needed, but it is your team. If you need it, you need it. Don't give your Pokes the crap items that only boost one type either. If Groudon doesn't use Earthquake, it is like not holding anything at all. Leftovers or Shell Bell for HP recovery are much better options.

    Kyogre @ Leftovers
    Trait: Drizzle
EVs: Max HP and near max Spd, rest in Def

    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf

    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder

Personally, I wouldn't limit yourself by having ubers on your team, but again, it is your team. Kyogre and Groudon are just too powerful in-game. They offer no strategy and they ultimately become a crutch, making you rely on them instead of learning good strategy. Not to mention the fact that they work against each other, especially in 2v2 battles, that you will face a lot in Emerald. Preaching aside, you are pretty lucky with + natures, but the -Spd is killing you. Kyogre loves Modest. Why on earth would you give Kyogre Rain Dance???? You do know that Drizzle does the EXACT same thing, right? Except you don't have to waste a move with it. Replace that right away with Calm Mind. I hope that is what you meant to put there instead of Rain Dance. Surf is better than Water Spout since it doesn't lose power as its HP gets lowered. With the STAB and Drought bonus, Surf is plenty effective.

Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: Max SAtk and Spd

    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch /
    Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

Modest is a great nature for Alakazam. I prefer Timid, but Modest is just fine. Leftovers for HP recovery, or a Lum Berry to go with Synchronize. If your opponent tries to status your Alakazam, Synchronize will status them back and then Lum Berry will remove the status. Don't bother with physical moves on Alakazam, especially crappy Fighting moves. As I said in the other rate, it needs a STAB attack and three punches or two punches and Calm Mind. Just be careful about Calm Mind, since Alakazam cannot take many physical hits.

    Aggron @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
EVs: Max Atk and split between HP and Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave

Already explained this in the other thread.

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: Balance between HP / Def / SDef and some Atk
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Double-Edge / Return /
    Body Slam
    - Earthquake / Shadow Ball

    - Rest
    - Sleep talk

Not sure if i should replace

Excellent choice here. Your team is in desperate need of a Poke that can take special attacks and statuses. Rest and Sleep Talk is an excellent strategy, but Yawn is not. You want Snorlax to be able to do some serious damage while it sleeps. Double-Edge does just that, although the recoil might not make it too happy. Return does great damage without recoil, but Body Slam has that nice parahax possibility to make the big behemoth go first. Earthquake or Shadow Ball will at least give Snorlax an attack that can take advantage of something.

    Castform

    Nature-Impish (-0% +0%)

    EV's in Attack+

    Item Holding-Choice Band/Focus Band/Scope Lense

    Moves

    1-Thunder

    2-Blizzard

    3-Fire Blast

    4-Toxic

Was thinking of this as my elemental pokemon..

Alakazam does this job about 500 times better.

If i ever got into a battle where it needed to be dead in one more hit and i coulndt remember who else had the opponents weakness send him out to finish the nice job, also a pokemon surpise as many dont use him.
Many don't use Castform because there are better options. This team is begging for a WishPassing Umbreon or Vaporeon (if you get rid of Kyogre). Swampert fits this team much better than Groudon too. Good luck.

I agree with you about the Castform, not a very good poke with all it's base stats being below 70. Anyways, Aggron with thunderwave is also a good idea.
Might I ask what wish passing is?

Generally, Wish passing is just using the move Wish, then switching to a pokemon that needs to regain health. However, advanced WishPassing comes from using Wish, and setting your pokemon's speed stat low enough to take a hit, use the move Baton Pass (Hence the term WishPASS), and health the receiving pokemon without it taking damage.

    In place of groundon...

    Flygon
    Sandstorm
    Crunch
    Dragonbreath
    Earthquake

    And in place of Castform

    Jolteon
    Thunder/Thunderbolt
    Dig
    Iron Tail
Doubleteam beeing your defence will be low.

Please fix up what iv said if you can think of better, this was a oh i better think of somehting in five minute post.

Also i didnt post what EV's Nature or what item to hold.

    Nature-Naughty(attack +10% SP.Defence -10%)
    -Sandstorm
    -Crunch
    -Dragonbreath
    -Earthquake

This usses one of Groundons best move-earthquake. Also covers a dark move, just incase. Im not sure if sandstorm is needed but it's good im not affected by it, bad if i faint and send out another pokemon and it gets hurt...any suggestions?

    Kyogre @ Leftovers
    Trait: Drizzle
EVs: Max HP and near max Spd, rest in Def
    Quiet Nature (+SP Attack, -Spd)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder

I will use Swampert as a filler until i get Kyoger.

Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: Max SPtk and Spd
    Modest Nature (+SP attack, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch

    Trait: Sturdy

    - Sleep talk

Even though Jolteon is my favorite pokemon..i dont know if he's the best pokemon for my team..i can't even think of another pokemon right now to add. So anyone please post a pokemon that would fit perfectly into my team. I have been thinking Septile but whenever i look at his move list my mind changes, yet i have no grass pokemon..

    So any help anyone, please.

By the way i havent even started my Emereld game yet, I can always change anything. Just would like to have an amazing team.

Oh and how in the world will i get 4 or 5 Leftovers???

Battle frontier! Especially if you have Emerald. Just get tons of battle points and buy them at BF.

    More fixing fun in bold:
Flygon @ Choice Band / Leftovers / Shell Bell
    Trait: Levitate
EVs: Max Atk, then split HP and Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Fire Blast
    - Quick Attack / Substitute
    - Rock Slide

    -Earthquake

This usses one of Groundons best move-earthquake. Also covers a dark move, just incase. Im not sure if sandstorm is needed but it's good im not affected by it, bad if i faint and send out another pokemon and it gets hurt...any suggestions?

Don't use Sandstorm. That is a useless attack. You are better off just using Groudon's almost exact moveset and giving it to Flygon. It cannot learn Swords Dance, so give it Choice Band (if you can handle it) and then either breed Quick Attack so it can finish off weak Pokes, or Substitute for staying power. Fire Blast is needed to cover Pokes that can resist the physical attacks.

    Kyogre @ Leftovers
    Trait: Drizzle
EVs: Max HP and near max Spd, rest in Def
    Quiet Nature (+SP Attack, -Spd)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunder

I will use Swampert as a filler until i get Kyoger.

Don't use Swampert as a filler, use Swampert as a keeper. Swampert is one of the best Pokes in the game. A STAB Earthquake on a Water Poke that is immune to Electric attacks is just plain cool.

Swampert @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry
    Trait: Torrent
EVs: Max HP, then split SAtk and Def
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest / Protect / Curse
    - Surf / Hydro Pump

    The epitome of coolness.

Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: Max SPtk and Spd
    Modest Nature (+SP attack, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

    An Alakazam.

    Aggron @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
EVs: Max Atk and split between HP and Def
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SPtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave

    An Aggron.

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: Balance between HP / Def / SP def and some Atk
    Careful Nature (+SP def, -Spd)
    - Double-Edge
    - Shadow Ball
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    A Snorlax.

Even though Jolteon is my favorite pokemon..i dont know if he's the best pokemon for my team..i can't even think of another pokemon right now to add. I would think Dusclops or Weezing or to a lesser extent (since it is in-game) that Skarmory would balance your team out quite well. I would suggest Umbreon or Vaporeon first and foremost, but since you cannot get either until you have the National Pokedex (or unless you have Colosseum), the former suggestions will have to do.

    Re: My team again

That makes no sence for Flygon. If i want to get as close to groundons moves why don't i use groundon? He is the main storyline in ruby for a reason, he's one of the best pokemon to use. He wouldnt be a crutch he would be a strategy-kill everyone in one hit. And for Kyoger he's one of the only water pokemon who can use thunder..but ill just use swampert instead, well they do give you starter pokemon for a reason...So i dont know..You seem to know a lot about making a good pokemon team so ill listen to you.

Why wouldnt i be able to handle a choice band?

    Flygon @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: (+255 Attack, 128+ HP, 127 Speed)
    Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SP.attack)

    - Earthquake

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: (225 HP+, 128+ SP. attack,127+ Def)
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rain Dance
    - Surf~More consistant

Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Trait: Synchronize
EVs: (225+ SP. attack, 225+ speed)
    Modest Nature (+SP attack, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

    Aggron @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: (225+ attack 127+ HP,128+ Def)
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SPtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
    EVs: (128+HP,127+ Def, 127+ SP def 128+attack)
    Careful Nature (+SP def, -Spd)
    - Double-Edge
    - Shadow Ball
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EV's (104+Defence, 104+SP. defence,255+ HP,47+speed)
    Quit Nature
    - Faint attack
    - Will-o-wisp
    - Shadow ball
    - Rock Tomb

Im pretty sure everything is good besides Dusclops, feel free to edit anyone please,

Like I said before, it is your game so feel free to use Groudon and/or Kyogre if you need to. If you want a Water-type that can use Thunder, go with Lanturn. It has a STAB Surf and a STAB Thunder, but it isn't as over-balanced as Kyogre.

Don't waste Rain Dance on Swampert either. Rest is a much better option, as is Protect. Hydro Pump is also preferred over Surf since its base SAtk leaves a bit to be desired. Also, understand you won't be able to have Snorlax on your team until you defeat the "Elite" Four, or the Weak5 as I call them. You might want to use Milotic in its place, but the choice is yours. And no, having both Swampert and Milotic is not a problem. Both serve entirely different purposes.

As for Dusclops, go with the following:

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
EVs: Max HP, around 40 into Atk and 20 into SDef, and the rest in Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Pain Split / Rest
    - Seismic Toss
    - Shadow Ball
    - Will-O-Wisp

The EVs will depend on the IVs of your Pokes. Also, make sure the max is 252, and not 255.

Oh, i have Snorelax on my Leafgreen game, so i can trade it into my Emereld and breed it so it has the same ID as me, so it's not a big deal. Crap my friend told me 255 ill have to do everything over again as well...Im using Surf instead of Hydro Pump because surf has a better accuracy...so id rather do less damage but always hit than do ton of damage and sometimes hit.

    Thanks for you help!

If you breed it, you breed it for nature + a fresh start on EVs/IVs.
255 is the max for a stat, but because its not divisible by 4, 252 is the best and 3 EVs aren't wasted.

Shanecdavis is right, go for hydropump. Its not as accurate, but it will do damage when the SAttack is lower. Surf won't do as much damage at all reall, go with pump.

And just because they're starter pokes doesn't mean they're all that great...

I think Starmie can do both Thunder bolt and Surf, if you want a poke that can do those.

The TrainerID doesn't matter. You won't be able to trade Snorlax to your Emerald cart unless you (a) cheat, (b) wait to get the National Pokedex after beating the Weak5, or (c) trade Snorlax from Colosseum to Emerald which doesn't follow the NP restriction that trading from a different cart does.

Swampert is that great. Greatest starter ever and one of the best Pokes in the game.

Also, while Starmie can do both, it doesn't get double STAB the way Lanturn does.

Snorlax is only in XD, and either way it goes, you still need to beat the E4 before you can import Pokemon from the Cube games anyway.

Now, I think it's time I attack this team instead of just sit here reading this stuff with my TLDR engines on.

    Flygon @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 28 Def / 152 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SP.attack)
    - Fire Blast
    - Substitute
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
The moves are good, but this guy's EVs are horrible.

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 120 Def / 80 SAtk / 40 SDef
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Protect / Substitute
    - Hydro Pump
I'm wtfing at Rain Dance on Swampert. Also, run with Hydro Pump since you'll actually get half way somewhere with that attack.

And Brave Natured Swampert makes a manlier Swampert than the Relaxed Natured one.

Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch
Too bad Alakazam is way too fragile to switch into anything and attack. =/
It's also too bad that Special Tanks are extremely common and Tyranitar and Houndoom laugh at this guy. ='(

    Aggron @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs:168 HP / 180 Atk / 40 Def / 120 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Thunder Wave
LAGgron's going to need at least a little bit of Defense in the long run.

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
    EVs: 204 HP / 96 Atk / 152 Def / 56 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SP def, -SAtk)
    - Double-Edge
    - Earthquake
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
You already have Alakazam to deal with the likes of Gengar. Also, there's some fixed EVs. Use them. Adamant is optional if you want to do more damage.

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EV's: 204 HP / 136 Atk / 56 Def / 112 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Will-o-wisp
    - Shadow ball
    - Pain Split
    Yeah let's stick with this.

Im pretty sure everything is good besides Dusclops, feel free to edit anyone please,
Tyranitar is WAY manlier than Aggron, so you should be using that.

Edit: Nevermind. Forgot that he had Groudon and Kyogre at the top so this obviously isn't a beginning of the game team. Tyranitar would be much cooler than Aggron.

Oh, you gave three pokemon Subsitute..and three earthquakes, would only need one TM for snorelax other two learn..

Subsitute is from a tutor...so only one pokemon can learn it..im thinking to put it on Aagrron..

Tryantiar has a lot better stats overall but Aagrron has max 500 def, without any EV's wich is beautiful..so can anyone make a the Item hold and attakc and nature and stuff, because knowing from me previos the one i will make will be screwed up..thats if it is better than aagrron..

I dont know if ill use Pain Split..im thinking of replacing it with faint attack so i have a dark move in there..or just keep rest.

So please can someone make me a movelist for Tryantitar
And a replacement for Subsitute for Flygon and Swampert

Also a newbie question...what was the GS ball for? lol i never figured it out...

And i know someone who has a pupitar who wouldnt evolve...he wasnt holding a everstone..or anything..

    it was in crystal..

    so idk..any help please?

    HEY! Don't bag Castform.

    Yeah, like at shanecdavis said:

    Pokemon @ Item
    Trait:
    EVs:
    Nature:
    - First Move
    - Second Move
    - Third Move
    - Fourth Move

It is damn hard to read your post with all those spaces. My eyes hurt :(

    Go with shanecdavis's rate.

    Flygon @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 28 Def / 152 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SP.attack)
    - Fire Blast
    - Dragonbreath
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
I took out Subsitute well because a dragon move would be nice and i can only get subsitute for one pokemon..Tryantitar

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 120 Def / 80 SAtk / 40 SDef
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Refresh
    - Hydro Pump

    Took out Subsitute here also..

Alakazam @ Leftovers / Lum Berry

    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

    Tryantitar @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Streem
    EVs:146 HP / 143 Atk / 150 Def / 71 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - thunderwave

    Snorlax @ Leftovers
    Trait: Thick Fat
    EVs: 204 HP / 96 Atk / 152 Def / 56 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SP def, -SAtk)
    - Double-Edge
    - Headbutt
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EV's: 204 HP / 136 Atk / 56 Def / 112 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

    Flygon @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 76 HP / 252 Atk / 28 Def / 152 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Speed, -SP.attack)
    - Fire Blast
    - Dragonbreath
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
I took out Subsitute well because a dragon move would be nice and i can only get subsitute for one pokemon..Tryantitar

If you are going to use a Dragon move, at least use Dragon Claw, though both options suck, tbh. You might want to do some trading to a friend's Emerald version to get Sub or something.

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 120 Def / 80 SAtk / 40 SDef
    Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Protect
    - Hydro Pump

    Took out Subsitute here also..
    Refresh is useless.

    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

Might want Calm Mind, or since it's in-game, Recover.

    Tryantitar @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs:146 HP / 143 Atk / 150 Def / 71 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute
    - Thunder wave

Maybe Focus Punch over Thunder Wave, IMO. Or Crunch. T-Wave just doesn't look right on this set.

    - Earthquake / Shadow Ball
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

Seeing as you have Double-Edge, and you're too slow to make anything Flinch, use the options provided in bold

    Dusclops @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EV's: 204 HP / 136 Atk / 56 Def / 112 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Focus Punch
    - Will-o-wisp
    - Shadow ball
    - Protect / Rest / Pain Split
Was thinking fant attack so i have a dark move in there..
Then again, Shadow Ball takes on Psychics and Ghosts, and Dusclops's Special Attack isn't anything to be proud of. I would breed for Pain Split.

I've just been critical hit 6 times in one battle and had Rock Slide miss 3 times in a row, so I have no real comments at the moment.

    - Iron Tail

I switched this guy with Flygon because i already had two Ground type pokemon...Tryantitat and Swampert...I thought this would be a nice replace.

    - Hydro Pump
Surf is more accurate..im wondering if i should switch Hydropump with it...idk if i like protect either sure i dont get hit once but i cant do any damage..it's bassicly a move where nothing happens besides the opponent losing PP...

Switched out Ice Punch with Recover..or should i use calm mind? Or should i keep ice and get rid of thunder or fire?
