    Victreebel - funnily enough, I was also considering using a Victreebel lately, with a very similar moveset. Shame the movepool is so limited, there's not much better you can do. Drop HP Ghost for HP Ground, gives greater type coverage (and deals with those Steel types that are immune to Sludge Bomb).

    Cloyster - can't survive even with full Sp Def EV, transfer all of those over to Def. Otherwise, it's all pretty standard.

    Ampharos - one of my favourite Electric types, because it does make a good Sub-puncher. I'd rather have - Speed for nature, still puts him faster than most tanks (and gives a little extra survivability)

    Claydol - mixed sweeper? Haxer? Not sure what you're trying to achieve here:

    EV: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
    Nature: + Att/Def/Sp Def, - Sp Att
    Cosmic Power/Light Screen/Reflect
    Light Screen/Reflect
    Toxic/Earthquake/Explosion/Rest

    Pseudo-passing, tanking, m00bage, there's plenty for Claydol to do.

    Solrock - leave Quick Claw on, IMO.

    I also realized something and i need someone's opinion

    For me to OHKO a snorlax without putting alot of EVs in Att i need blackbelt as an item
    But u guys keep saying [and i agree] that other items tend to be worth more.
    What do u think
    Give up the EVs or use the blackbelt???

    Any ideas for a last pokemon?
