[Elite Four Lucian]

I just recently tried to make a new kind of banner and here is what came out.

It's really good but it has a huge overload of scanlines,try lowering the opacity of the scanlines a bit to your liking. The scanlines are the only thing that bothers me.

I think this belongs in the graphics and photography section.
