With the older cards, any deck that had more than two basic energy types typically had difficulties. Three sometimes works, but is pushing the limits, and, when it fails, it will fail miserably. I suggest trimming out the Water-types and sticking with Psychic- and Electric- types to decrease the chance that you will draw the wrong energy for the Pokemon you have out. The Water-type family you have doesn't make it all the way to the final stage, either, and the Psychic-types will counter the weakness of the Electric-types.

This deck has been pretty good for me, even with the three types. I had all of those Rainbow Energies to help me out. Pokemon Cards used to be the big thing when I was in third grade, and I taught a lot of people a lesson with this deck. I never had any problems with it.
