BTW, Yugioh duder, I've dominated about 20+ teams with JUST that Venusaur. I think I know what I'm talking about. And even if he runs into problems, thats what the rest of the team is for.

THAT is the best set. No one ever expects a fast Venusaur. He's faster than the DDers because they expect to DD and be faster, but since Venu is faster before they can DD, you nub-powder them, they can't DD, you Swords Dance, they sleep more, you rape with Sludge Bomb. Kthnxbai

May I ask what the SpAt is for? Special Defence, perhaps? Since you aren't even using a Special Attack. If lizardman can't post a decent Venusaur move-set, he probably would put the Evs in SpAt, anyway.

Yes, Special Attack was my purpose for those EVs. The more Special Attack, the more Leech Weed sucks from their HP. So if you Leech Weed something, then switch to something like Alakazam, HELLO MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF HP. A good (but hard to pull off combo) is to Mean Look something like Blissey, Leech Seed it, then put in Alakazam. Zam can then continue to Calm Mind up to max while Blissey can do crap, since the amount of HP taken increases every Calm Mind used. Once you are Calm Minded up, rape the rest of their team ;0 But as I said, it is hard to do. I like Venusaur with around 230 Special Attack just to have enough firepower to suck their health enough to keep him going for longer.

You may be right, but I thought it always took a certain percent of the total HP -- the reason behind why it "rapes" Blissey and Snorlax so well.

Special Attack has no affect on the amount Leech Seed saps each round, it takes off 1/8 of their HP each round.

Leech Seed + Mean Look + Baton Pass + Blissey v Dusclops = dead egg.

What if a Zard lays a nice Overheat or Flamethrower before you SD'ed up twice and lanched a Sludge Bomb. Now what is you Venusaur going to do, I'll tell you nothing because it's laying in it's Pokeball KO'ed, lol!
