1) Where are your EVs? I don't care what you say, EV training IS necessary.
2) Items like Charcoal and Nevermeltice are crap. The 1.1x boost isn't worth the item slot. Use Lefties, a Berry, or even a Choice item instead- something that's useful.
3) Where are your walls? Don't say Wailord, because his Defenses are horrid.
4) No more than one move of each type on a single Pokemon. Seriously, Magmortar does NOT need three fire attacks. Give him some versatility, please.
5) Two-turn moves like Fly and Dig are terrible. They grant your opponent a free switch-in, or a turn to set up. Never use them.

Just some basics, I don't feel like ripping into an entire team.

magmortar: not both mag. and electivire. choose one. id stick with electivire
electivire: expert belt
umbreon: no
Alakazam: focus blast, T-bolt, energy ball, (some other move i cant remember) + choice specs
Garchomp: choose either this or Dragonite- not 2 dragons. cant have both

Dragon Claw/Dragon Rush covers all but Steel, Earthquakes gotten that job done, but something like Skarmory comes out, Fire Blast is the best choice for that bird. Substutite is also very effective.

lol, you have got to be kidding me. Dragonite is a physical Attacker - with the possibility of ONE special move.

Wailord with Water Spout and Hydropump destroys it. Two water moves on one pokemon?

NEVER use items like Charcoal, Twistedspoon, Draco Plate, Meadow Plate etc.

Blissey's out and you switch to Electivire. They expect Cross Chop/Brick Break so they switch to Skarmory, but you use T-Bolt. Skarmory fainted!

nite sp attack isn't much, ice punch/t-punch does a lot more since it utilizes it high base attack

Timid? Nononono. Fly? NVR. Dragon Claw over Rush.

This is clearly a Sweeper, so Relaxed isn't good. And three Water moves? NVR NVR NVR!

Don't you hate those who put the same type of moves on their Pokemon? You don't need Fire Blast, punch, and Sunny Day. I don't use Magmortar in my team anymore, but I used Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Psychic.

Relaxed = worst nature for Alakazam. Also, Twisted Spoon isn't a good item, but it can be found on wild Kadabras.
