Oh boy. Never thought i'd actually make a thread in this section, but here goes nothing.

Now just to warn you guys, i'm terrible in building competitive teams. But i've taken down a few players in Showdown with this team (some even cussed at me and ragequitted) so i guess that means it's a good team... or an irritating team, dunno.

Anyways, here are my precious PU Pokemon:

    Articuno, Leftovers, Pressure Ability

    -Substitute
    -Freeze-Dry
    -Toxic
    -Roost

    EVs: 248 HP, 252+ SpD, 8 SpA
    Nature: Calm

    Bouffalant, Life Orb, Sap Sipper

    -Earthquake
    -Poison Jab
    -Head Charge
    -Zen Headbutt

    EVs: 248 HP, 252+ Attack, 8 SpD
    Nature: Adamant

    Politoed, Leftovers, Water Absorb

    -Scald
    -HP Electric
    -Ice Beam
    -Encore

    EVs: 248 HP, 252+ SpA, 8 Def
    Nature: Modest

    Arbok, Shuca Berry, Intimidate

    -Coil
    -Earthquake
    -Gunk Shot
    -Sucker Punch

    EVs: 252+ Attack, 4 SpD, 252 Spe
    Nature: Adamant

    Dusknoir, Spell Tag, Frisk

    -Shadow Sneak
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Punch
    -Will'o'wisp

    EVs: 212 HP, 252+ Atk, 44 Speed
    Nature: Adamant

    Golem, Weakness Policy, Sturdy

    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Blast
    -Explosion

    EVs: 252+ Atk, 4 Def, 252 Spe
    Nature: Adamant

So yeah, that's my PU Team there. This is my first time making a Competitive team and i hope it looks good. Anyways, that's all!

Bouffalant has excellent bulk all-round. Life Orb just wastes that away. Yes, Head Charge also induces recoil, but it's not that much compared to Double-Edge and Head Smash. Poison Jab and Zen Headbutt aren't noteworthy coverage, as a neutral STAB Head Charge hits Grass, Fairy, and Fighting Pokemon harder than 2x supereffective versions of those moves. Pursuit gives Bouffalant extra utility in catching fleeing Ghosts and Psychics on the switch:
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    -Pursuit
    -Megahorn
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest/Leftovers
    Ability: Sap Sipper

    or
    -Substitute
    -Swords Dance
    -Return
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Atk/124 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sap Sipper

    or
    -Head Charge
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Pursuit
    -Megahorn
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Reckless
