Okay I started to change my lifestyle a bit. I joined a weight loss program(Weight Watchers). And there are leaders who will help you to lose the weight and stay healthy. I am making great progress so far. I been cutting back all the junk food. And when I eat I only will have one serving. Not two or four...ONE. And I been exercising. I am trying to get to my healthy weight. Because right now, I am not at all. I am at risk of getting all kinds of diseases. So I got to buckle down and stop overeating. And on the wrong stuff. It is healthy all the way.
So far I lost about 8.6 pounds. I made a goal that I will lose about 4 pounds. I made that goal! I was so happy when I weighted my self in the meeting. And I got good tips of how to get away from the bad food, and eat the good food.
I want to get into shape by May 2009. But I just want to change. And it is for myself. I want to live longer.
