Yes, but you need this thing called the Old Sea Chart. I don't know how to get it.

The only way to get the old sea chart was an event!
But u can also get it using a game shark or an AR!

The fact that some people don't trade or have clones?
Old Sea Chart as never been released in the UK, or US.
Mew can be obtained on D/P with the use of Ranch.

There was a Mew event in Toys'R'Us once. So if you went there, yeah its definitely possible. Old Sea Chart storyline was never given out in anywhere but Japan. You can mix records with someone who has a legit Old Sea Chart. That way you'd be able to obtain it. :3

If i'm right. i think you're able to get Mew on all of the Pokémon Games. But I might be wrong.

You could only obtain Mew through the old sea charts which were only given out at a Nintendo Event in Japan. So you can get it through all the ways listed above. I just thought I would point out where you got the sea charts.

Only by cheating. The only LEGIT way is (for the third or fourth time now) on Emerald with the Old Sea Chart.

Why do you suggest hacking? Seriously.
If you want a Mew because you love a Mew, not simply for the fact you would like one on your Emerald. I would suggest getting one from Pokemon Ranch, and trade it to a Pokemon Diamond or Pearl game.
