    I really wanted to use a Kingdra to find out that I cannot get a dragon scale until after the elite four.... What do you guys think? I want Skarmory to utilize spikes and maybe whirlwind but he hasn't learned them yet. Possibly Slaking with return? Any suggestions/ tips are welcome.
