Not always. Not sure how effective it is nowadays, but you could go Toxitrapper:

    Umbreon @ Leftovers
*Not sure about the nature or EVs*

    Mean Look
    Toxic
    Confuse Ray
    Wish/Faint Attack

I can understand why you'd but T-bolt there but I'm gonna stick with t-punch I don't want to invest EVs into sp atk for just one move....

Nidoking really wants Choice Band over Life Orb. 92 base attack is really nothing to boast about. CB Earthquaker also guarantees a 2HKO on Blissey, something LO versions cannot do.

Lol, Jolly on Vire. It wants always wants Adamant and Life Orb, for starters.

Yanmega wants Protect, Air Slash, Bug Buzz, and Hypnosis/ HP [Ice/Ground]. Modest and with Life Orb pl0x.

Mean Look and Baton Pass are granted on all Umbreon sets. It really is a necessity, really.

    Where are your EVs? :/
