This team is currently in training but this is what it's supposed to look like.

    Snorlax
    Adamant Nature
    Ability: Thick Fat
    EV's: 252 HP, ATK 252
    Attack 1: Rest
    Attack 2: Belly Drum
    Attack 3: Earthquake
    Attack 4: Yawn

    Houndoom
    Modest Nature
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 SPD
    Attack 1: Nasty Plot
    Attack 2: Flamethrower
    Attack 3: Dark Pulse
    Attack 4: Roar

    Espeon
    Modest Nature
    Ability: Synchronize
    EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 SPD
    Attack 1: Calm Mind
    Attack 2: Substitute
    Attack 3: Baton Pass
    Attack 4: Psychic

    Blissey
    Impish Nature
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EV's: 252 HP, 252 DEF
    Attack 1: Softboiled
    Attack 2: Toxic
    Attack 3: Substitute
    Attack 4: Stealth Rock

    Blastoise
    Bold Nature
    Ability: Torrent
    EV's: 252 DEF, 252 Sp. Atk
    Attack 1: Skull Bash/Withdraw
    Attack 2: Surf
    Attack 3: Blizzard/Ice Beam
    Attack 4: Rapid Spin

    Togekiss
    Calm Nature
    Ability: Hustle
    EV's: 252 Sp. Def, 252 SPD
    Attack 1: Ancientpower
    Attack 2: Follow Me
    Attack 3: Thunder/Thunderbolt
    Attack 4: Double Team

Blissey and Snorlax are supposed to be used as a wall combo, with them both out that should make for a good stall. Espeon is going to be teamed with Togekiss, Togekiss uses Follow Me while Espeon uses Calm Mind, then Espeon Baton Passes to Houndoom. Blastoise is going to be used on the Defensive side of the team, so it'll be used with Snorlax and Blissey. Blastoise is actually the only Pokemon I am still having trouble thinking of a moveset for, but all-in-all this team feels balanced and I really like it.

Togekiss should have SpAtk Evs, Moves should be Aura Sphere, Air Slash, Nasty Plot and Roost.

Also, we need to see the items. They make a big difference

I haven't figured out what items they are going to hold, but I think I might go with that moveset for my Togekiss.

This is sort of problematic. Snorlax and Blissey can't play together because Snorlax is going to kill her. She'll try to Substitute, but if the enemy manages to get the substitute down, Blissey is a goner. They don't really form any sort of stall together either since Blissey relies completely on being a single-player fighter. Their status moves contradict each other too, so you won't get much out of both -- while you'd rather Yawn to Belly Drum, Blissey's only offense is Toxic so there's no point in having Blissey out there.

Double Team is banned in competitive... And Follow Me + Double Team is a pretty weak combo, especially if the foe uses moves that hits both foes anyway -- you can't absorb those attacks at all.

Not sure about the efficacy of the rest of the set either. We'll wait for some more professional critique.

so is there something that i should switch blissey out with? as i said this team is still in training so i am up for ideas

no offence, but many movesets for normal play wont stand a chance in the double battles,
so many unique combos can be taken for granted and easily manipulated,
if you want plenty of spatk try a flatter + persim berry,
and taunt + sucker punch if you wanna stall, so many moves meant for opponents can be used on your own team to increase their stats and etc ;)

For Double Battles, you want Protect on a few Pokemon due to how common Protect+Explosion partners are.
