    I need help deciding on the EVs for my spiking skarmory and also between counter and toxic. i was thinking toxic because then he would double as a toxic shuffler and a spiker, but counter seems viable too. thanx in advance,

    Trait: Keen Eye
    EVs: 196 HP / 120 Atk / 192 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Drill Peck
    - Spikes
    - Roar
    - Rest

    Okay, so I put Rest there, but that's because it's standard..

    Considering Skarmorys Defence is so high, using Counter won't really do much since it only Counters physical attacks, which do next to nothing on Skarmory, so go with Toxic.

    With those EV's make sure you avoid being hit by Special attacks.

    Yeah and you have a bad haircut.

    I'm guessing it's a GBA Skarmory (Because otherwise it would be Exported to Text), so Drill Peck > HP Flying.

    And getting the right HP is hard, he won't encounter and Sound Proofers on GBA anyway :P
     
    Even though I do have a Mullet, how would you know for sure, before I posted this. It gets the ladys, and I have shirts to match (ex. Mullet Do, Grow the do.). Plus it's an awesome haircut.

    He can run into them on the games. Exploud el stupido (just joking)!    :\
     
    When you make a team in Netbattle, you can goto File, then Export To Text.

    It's a WAY quicker way of getting you pokemon in text form.
     
    it looks more standardized

    and has - next to every move.

    Export to text puts the whole team into text for you, I don't know why anyone would use anything else
