Ok, my first team, and I've already had quite a bit of help on it, but time to get it rated.
    Overview:
    *bulbagarden.net image removed**bulbagarden.net image removed**bulbagarden.net image removed**bulbagarden.net image removed**bulbagarden.net image removed**bulbagarden.net image removed*

    Metagross @ Leftovers
    Adamant
    EVs: 252HP/236Atk/12Def/8Spe
    Moveset:
    Stealth Rock
    Bullet Punch
    Earthquake
    Explosion

To lead, set up Stealth Rock then attack.

    Kingdra @ Choice Specs
    Timid
    EVs: 252Sp.Atk/252Spe/4HP
    Moveset:
    Draco Meteor
    Surf
    Hydro Pump
    Dragon Pulse

My Special Sweeper, SpecsSniper Kingdra. Pretty much does what it says in the title. Requires no setting up.

    Tyranitar @ Babiri Berry
    Jolly
    EVs: 252Spe/152Atk/104Def
    Moveset:
    Dragon Dance
    Stone Edge
    Crunch
    Fire Punch

On DD and it can outspeed a lot out there, plus has great Attack.

    Gyarados @ Lefties
    Jolly
    EVs:
    156HP/88Atk/96Def/168Spe
    Moveset:
    DD
    Waterfall
    T-wave
    Bounce

Thunder Wave set to help Kingdra Sweep easier.

    Jolteon @ Choice Specs
    Timid
    EVs: 252Spe/252Sp.Atk/4HP
    Moveset:
    Thunderbolt
    HP Ice
    Shadow Ball
    Baton Pass

Specs Jolt. HP Grass to take out the ground type weakness.

    Flygon @ Choice Scarf
    Adamant
    EVs: 252Atk/252Spe/4HP
    Moveset:
    U-Turn
    Outrage
    Earthquake
    Stone Edge

My Revenge Killer. I wanted to add a Flygon, and this is where he sat. Outrage for STAB, U-Turn for a quick get-away and Earthquake for STAB. Stone Edge for Mence and Zapdos.

That's it, so rate away! However, don't be too harsh, this is my first proper team, so I am starting, and also had a lot of help in advance. Thanks for all advice.

Steelix wants 252 HP / 252 Sp Def / 4 Att @ Sassy, even still it's almost always outclassed by Metagross in OU, who runs the exact same set a hell of a lot better.

Just max speed on DD Tar, you need it to outspeed positive natured base 115 speed pokes after a DD boost.

A Modest nature might be better on Celebi, as it gives Leaf Storm even more power.

First post has now been edited. Any more advice... XD

That Metagross EV spread is horrible. Use the standard 252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe.
Also it doesn't even get Gyro Ball (as far as I know). Use Stealth Rock / Bullet Punch / Meteor Mash or Earthquake / Explosion.
Sassy is just terrible. Adamant is much better on Metagross.

Updated once again. Hopefully this is getting better now.

    Timid? Special Attack?

    That's some bad typos mate.

Try what I put in bold instead.

Fire Blast gets a 2HKO on 0 Sp.Def Skarmory, which would switch in, so if you predict right, you can take it out before it sets up one layer of spikes/does whatever else it's doing. However, it'll hit nothing else for much damage really.

Or if you want a special set, try this:

    Flygon @Life Orb
    Rash/Naive

    Draco Meteor
    Earthquake
    Fire Blast
    Roost/U-Turn

Jolly > Adamant, Salamence sweeps his team after a DD if Metagross is weakened (being in the lead position so that can happen). He needs Stone Edge or Jolly Gyarados w/ Ice Fang or Bounce demolishes.

Anyway, I suggest putting in a Bug resist for your team because Scizor's U-turn can harm your team. SD Lucario damages your team a bit, only Celebi checks it which takes ~65% from a +2 ES which is quite a lot. I recommend using Gyarados, it can switch in on Scizor well (though, SR can be annoying), and it can utilize Intimidate to help with Lucario. From my experience, Gyara + DD Tar performs well and has good synergy bar SS hurting Gyara.

    Gyarados @ Leftovers
    Adamant | 156 HP / 76 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Speed
    - Waterfall
    - Dragon Dance
    - Taunt
    - Bounce / Stone Edge

I prefer Bounce to hit stuff like Celebi and Suicune, but Stone Edge helps with Zapdos and Salamence.

    Just some food for thought.

Your lead might have problems with ScarfRachi.

Also why Timid nature and SpA EV's on a Flygon with all PHYSICAL moves? Even then DD Mence/Nite does this better.

Yeah sorry, I was cut+pasting from my word document, and forgot to change that. Anyway, Celebi has been changed for Gyarados, and the rest also updated.

Just bumping this up since I don't think it's finished and I would like the last bits of help before May 24th GMT, because I am away and would like to start training my team. Thanks again for all help given.

    A few nitpicks.

I suggest a completely new Gyarados set. It sounds like it was just slapped in there, to be honest. I suggest either change it to a ThunderWave set, or change it for Salamence. The ThunderWave set (Leftovers, 156 HP / 88 Atk / 96 Def / 168 Spe EVs, Jolly Nature, DD/Waterfall/Thunderwave/Bounce) could give Kingdra the necessary Paralysis support for it to sweep, while also checking Lucario, a serious threat to your team after Flygon has been weakened. Changing Gyarados to Salamence is because the simple DD set you're using is just so hardly outclassed by our fellow dragon.

Another nitpick is Flygon's nature. With Adamant, you're left helpless again DD Salamence, because after a single one it outspeeds all of your team and you have no priority moves to deal with it. Changing it to Jolly, you at least risk a speed tie with it- and even if you don't win, you'll be forcing him to use Outrage, which can be easily dealt with if you go with the Thunder Wave Gyarados (since with Intimidate it survives an Outrage hit and can paralyze Mence for a revenge kill).

Other than that, I think the team's fine. Good luck. (:

Thank you. I'll change it now.

    Updated

Any more coments are very appreciated.
