It seems good . But instead of 4 Bidoofs , you should add palmer's Contribution . It puts 5 Basic Pokemon and Energies Combinations from your Discard Pile .

I got that in a Supreme Victors booster ! I'm not sure if it helps , but it had a Garchomp on its packaging .

    WOW, TO MUCH DIFFERENT POKEMON'S!!!

Choose 1 line, and play more with that one, and choose then 1 or 2 sides.
This "Sides" can help for build up (power in a game, attack in the start, ...)

You have too many different Poke'mon, and not enough of most of them. You need either just one line up with three Poke'mon (example Pichu, Pikachu, Raichu) or two line-ups with two Poke'mon (Example Bidoof Bibarel) to be the center of your deck, and then only a few others to support them. The best combination I personally have found for this is four of the basic, three of the stage one, and two of the stage two, and one Level X if it exists and you can find it. A good rule of thumb when building a Poke'mon deck is to have about 20 of each kind of card.
