How 'bout...a white Mightyena with red eyes and black claws. XD
Oh, and about making gold sprites, what you do is you take a R/S sprite and color it so that it only has 4 colors. Two of these colors MUST be black and white or it won't work.

Nice sprites, I like the rayquaza/latios one alot, it looks really cool with Latios colour blue and wings. I like the flame colouring on Quilava to, looks really nice.
