They look good but i suggest more shading on the scratch sprites.

You should save your work in PNG type, otherwise it will get ruined. Snow White, lol. The Charizard Splices are great, as the ninja trainer (it just needs some pallette adjustment). Fallish is an excellent recolor, and i like the mistery dungeon Houndoom as well.

your scratch sprites are... strange o_O they look like a mixture of squirtle, altaria, lapras and meganium.
