My Sylveon is weird

    Hey guys,
    I don't even know if this is the right place to put this but i have a problem with a Sylveon i got from an exchange. It's a lvl.100 shiny Sylveon and it looks like it has glitches on it ? Idk it has weird patterns on it's fur. I tried to search for explications online but i got nothing.
    What do y'all think ?
