Um. I think that you have too many bugs in your team. You need to get rid of some of them.

 

[Frostweaver]

Gardevoir: dump double team for either wish or will o wisp

Ludicolo: leech seed over synthesis... you'll heal a lot more that way (plus more painful for your opponent)

Crobat: change it to [speed + / sp.atk -] nature asap (why decrease your own attack power when you need it?) ... HP physical over return is another option.

Skarm: dump it for Magikarp

Heracross: use lum berry instead... you can also consider rock slide

Milotic: good

Forretress: I'm biased... I say Forretress.

can also consider reflect over earthquake if you want it to be more supportive

My opinion: Skarm > Fort. because Skarm has no double weakness. (Fort's is fire) Crobat seems useless with it's EV's; give it Giga Drain for damage and recovery, and to deal with rocks. Also, drop one of Crobat's attacks for Mean Look, and Sludge Bomb for Poison Fang. Inflict Toxic, Mean Look to keep it in. But lay down Spikes first! Sorry if this is bad, my first rate.
