My team need help

    Hi to all.
    I want to make a definitive team (impossible, I change pokemon at least twice a week :laugh: ) and i have some problems... expecially for Effort Points, Nature and Items.
    Also I need the sixth pokemon and some help for some move.
    My team now is:

    -Ludicolo@Leftovers
    Nature:Calm (-Att + Sp.Def)
    Points:????
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Leech Seed
    -Synthesis
    Ok, for the Mexican Duck I need some help to distribuation of Effort Points.

    -Gardevoir@????
    Nature:????
    Points:????
    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind
    -Thunderbolt
    -????
    Here i need the right item, the nature, the points and the last move

    -Crobat@????
    Nature:Timid (-Att + Speed)
    Points: 225 Speed 225 Attack
    -Aerial Ace
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Return
    Here I need only the item

    -Heracross@????
    Nature:????
    Points:????
    -Megahorn
    -Bulk Up
    -????
    -????
    Here I need item, nature,points and 2 moves...

    -Milotic@????
    Nature:????
    Points:????
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    -Refresh
    -Recover
    Here I need item, nature and points


    At least I need help to find a pokemon to complete this team.

    Ludicolo- change synthesis to protect, and surf to giga drain (anti Swampert and Quaggy). EVs in HP, def and sp.def (sorry but I don't tell people the exact distribution, as I can't handle that myself without 30 minutes of tweaking and testing)

    Gardevoir- use will o wisp, light screen or wish for the last move. Leftovers or lum berry for item, and be sure to use trace ^^. EV in sp.def, sp.att and hp

    Crobat- lum berry all the way. Return can be switched out to HP Fighting or HP Bug. And I hope that nature is a sp.atk -

    Heracross- too many reversal heracross... I'll do one without reversal

    Heracross- [speed or attack + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers/lum/salac/liechi
    EV: atk, speed
    -swords dance (to me SD > BU)
    -megahorn
    -brick break
    -rock slide/earthquake

    Milotic- [sp.def or sp.atk + / atk-] @ leftovers
    EV: Hp, sp.atk, sp.def, or maybe even a little def
    -surf
    -ice beam
    -recover
    -toxic

    the last Pokemon should be hazer/pseudohazer ^^

    I really don't make a Pokemon for you... I really just rate/comment/fix a Pokemon you suggested already ^_^; Plus I myself am always having problems with choosing a good hazer/pseudohazer
