    let's start off by reading the Advanced Trainer's Guide. STOP training at once, in case if you're going to need some breeding moves (so you won't be wasting effort then.) Determine the "dream team" first, then start training towards it.
     
    Listen to Frostweaver's advice - read the ATG, then remake the team so it has better moves, ok? Then we'll rate it

    No matter how much you read, you need experience and common sense to win. Unfortunately, you can't teach common sense.

    This is my dream team and i do have common sense. I just want to know a moveset for the final 3 in my party is that so much to ask??
     
    Obvious mistake number 1: Putting two moves of the same type on a Pokemon.

    Looking at your Ampharos, you have Thunderpunch and Thunderbolt. Why use Thunderpunch when Thunderbolt does more damage? It makes your Pokemon very inflexible having two moves of the same type (there are rare exceptions).

    Obvious mistake number 2: Hydro Cannon

    As well as breaking rule number one above, Hydro Cannon is another worthless move that can be rejected for something different. Giving your opponent a free turn to use is something you do not want to do (unless it's Slaking and you have no choice). Having moves like this just screams for a special tank to jump in the way to intercept it (or even worse for you, a Water Absorber) and they have a free turn with which to attack.

    Obvious mistake number 3: HM moves
    Only HM move worth it's weight to use is Surf, with the rare exceptions of Fly or Dive only for stalling purposes, never for attacking. Neither Fly or Dive do enough damage and again you've given the opponent a free turn to switch to a Pokemon capable of easily taking the damage (look at rule 2 as well).

    Those are the immediate problems that I see.

    Mewtwo could learn something better than conufusion it has a high spe.atack ratio #1 stat.try something fire , thunder, or ice and replace swift with areal ace because instead of special atack speed is it's second high stat so areal ace would do more damage than swift and it's atack #3 stat would make it do more. try that.

    Swift and Aerial Ace are equal damage, you know. And bear in mind that both moves work off the lower Attack stat of Mewtwo, rather than the overwhelming Special Attack. But again, good point with Confusion, refers to obvious mistake number one.
