My Team on Ruby

Okay, horsea are found with a super rod west between pacifidog and slateport. They aren't common, but you should find one in about tem minutes. Make sure it's a male. It learns Hydro Pum at lvel 43 or something like that. Don't evolve it to get it hydro pump faster. I already posted movesets for hera and skarm. Now you need a special wall, maybe grumpig?

Oh, plenty. Milotic...milotic. Ludicolo, though you can't get it in ruby, only sapphire. Gardevoir has very good sp. D. Same with bulky gyrados (recommended). Cradily is very good, make sure it's female to breed for egg moves. Dusclops has a whopping 130 base stat in both defenses, but has worthless HP. IT can still be good. I recommend bulky gyrados, though that doesn't really count as a special wall. I recommend cradily. Amnesia+mirror coat+suction cups=dominance. My vote is cradily. Oh, Regice as well.

Cradily... If I haven't chose Claw Fossil and got Anorith...

Bulky Gyarados? I know it is a Gyarados, but what is "Bulky"?

Regice? Hm... I haven't opened its cave yet.

Dusclops... The problem is the HitPoints.

On dusky, I mentioned that earlier. If you haven't chosen the root fossil, I've run dry on suusetions. Her's cradily:

Cradily@Leftovers
Bold/Impish Nature
EVs: 252 HP, 232 Special Defense, 126 Defense
~Recover
~HP Grass/Rock
~Barrier
~Amnesia

It can't get roared away, so it is a really, really good wall.

The EV spread. Richard Steel knows it. I don't, but it looked very good. You'll need EQ though. If you have to start over your game, oh well. You NEED EQ. Really, it only takes about a week to beat the game only playing it a couple hours a day. What about Cradily?

I have Earthquake on Flygon and Swampert will learn it on Level 50-60.

Cradily is good, but I have chosen Claw Fossil I think... Let's see.
EDIT: Yeah, I chose Claw Fossil, but no Anorith :D
EDIT AGAIN: Isn't Anorith/Armaldo a good special wall?

No! 80 base special defense and 75 base HP. Armaldo is a slower scizor with higher special attack, but it still sucks. You're in a pickle. As for EQ, you can't use Flygon and Swmpert because they're not EV trained. So you are basically limited to donphan as a EQ user:

Donphan@Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Attack, 132 Defense, 126 HP
~EQ
~Rapid Spin
~Roar
~Return/Counter

I dunno, that's my donphan moveset. There are most likely better ones, but this will do for now.

Yes, Get an acro bike and head to that part. You also get heracross there. You'll want these to be female, but if not, make them have good natures (don't settle for anything, ever).

We need a final "draft" of your team before you start training. Then go to the safari. You may end up replacing it and you'd just wasted your time. So we have:

Salamence (sp. sweep)
Heracross (phys. sweep)
Donphan (Rapid Spinner guy)

Anyone else we have? A special wall is needed now...

No, look for feebas. It took me over seven hours, but it was worth it...trust me. Chang ethe trend phrase in dewford town and investigate the route. Use:

Milotic@Lefties
Bold Nature
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Defense, 58 Special Defense
~Mirror Coat
~Recover
~Surf
~Ice Beam

Blast Away! It's worth the search...I went through the frustration, so I know how it feels. Good luck.

Chesto Berries? What does that have to do with anything?

Use other berries, or at least save acouple of them in case you ever use chestorest. Same goes for the lum berry. Really, you gotta catch feebas first. I evolved it in ten minutes. That's the easy part. Getting it is the nightmare. MAke sure you buy plenty of net balls.
