    Use Dragon Dance to boost your speed and the EVs allow you to take a lot of hits.

    Also, you should check the pokemon's base stats on serebii. For example, Gyarados has beyond horrible Sp. Atk so obviously you wouldn't wanna use special moves on him. :/

    AgiliGross. Metagross lacks speed and Agility gives him that ^_^ A sweeping tank.
