Metagross's defenses are way to high for a focus Sash, plus they work best on leads and Metagross isn't something you'll ussually be leading with.

Forgot one little detail...you have NO walls, instantly putting it to 6/10or lower...it's all basics.

I know you arent bashing I just said people underestimate me when it comes to things but thats a different story so I take the criticism with open arms and I will continue working on my team until I get a nice combo.

Go With Christ Brah!!!!

Yeah, now get a special and physical wall...maybe blissey and steelix.

I voted "horrible, what kind of trainer are you?" It needs serious work. And I think you already know what I mean.

So did I...

Kingdra@Damp Rock
Swift Swim
Timid
252 HP, 252 spA, 6 Speed
~Rain Dance
~Dragon pulse/draco meteor/HP Electric
~Ice Beam
~Surf

This set works well...so yeah.

This set works well...so yeah. Rain Dance+Swift Swim already increases speed.

Sp. sweeper, eh?

Kingdra @: Choice Specs/Focus Sash/Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
Modest Nature
Rain Dance
Dragon Pulse
Surf
Ice Beam. Nobody breeds for the right hidden powers in 4th genaration, except in certain cases/conditions. Why in certain cases?

a. It may be in strong need of a special move.
b. It's special movepool may be not large enough.
c. It may be UU/Nu. Kingra may be in Bl, though.

The set:

a. It's mostly made up of sp.moves, so Focus Sash is pretty reasonable, because of the sp.sweeping part.
b. Rain dance is self-explanatory, Swift Swim.
c. Speed has already been provided, so Timid Nature is not needed, Choice Scarf may also be an option, but Kingdra does not as much, need it. Besides, if an opponent switches in a counter, you switch out. Pretty simple.

I know it already increases speed...it goes to about 200 speed with a decent IV and like, no EVs...so timid gives it a boost, rain dance does the rest...couldn't you see that?

Kingdra starts with 206 Speed, and that's with no EVs, and a Max Speed IV. Even with Modest, it wouldn't require speed, unless you wanted to boost it to around 211 x 2 Speed to outpace Adamant Scarf Strikers with a 90 Speed Base (That means you Lucario), and that would only take 20 EVs, which isn't much at all.

Modest is required for that power boost, also considering that Kingdra's SAtk is only on the level of Average (95 Base).

Hmm, makes sense. So with a 31 speed IV, kingdra gets 206 speed...with modest. Oh, then use Iceman3k's suggestion...but yeah, that moveset I posted works fine...I prefer HP electric.
