    I need advice. What item do you recommend I give to Raichu and Alakazam?

    I dont know about Alakazam but with Raichu,I reccomend Magnet.
     
    Magnet isn't even worth your time... No clue where it is as I forgot now, and it's not even good enough of an item to be used.

    Groudon- [atk or speed + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers/lum berry
    EV: Atk and Speed, or you can add in a bit of def too
    -swords dance
    -earthquake
    -rock slide
    -fire blast

    I so need to add a section in the guide why Solarbeaming Groudon sucks...

    Tropius- [sp.atk + / atk -] @ leftovers
    EV: Speed enough to be on 200, sp.atk, the rest in hp
    -solarbeam
    -HP Fire
    -leech seed
    -protect

    Not sure if seed even works for this guy with this setup o.o; but then really you have nothing else to do.

    Swampert- [atk or def + / sp.atk -] @ leftovers
    EV: Atk, def, hp
    -ice beam
    -earthquake
    -rock slide
    -roar

    I'm not good with Swampert... it's powerful if used right, but I think that it's hard to use myself...

    Salamence- [atk + / sp.atk -] @ lum berry
    EV: Atk and Speed, some hp
    -dragon dance
    -aerial ace
    -earthquake
    -fire blast

    And an evil creature called Jolteon or Aerodactyl will kill this setup badly... but you can't do much about that.

    Alakazam- [speed + / atk -] @ lum berry
    EV: Speed and Sp.atk
    -psychic
    -ice punch
    -thunderpunch
    -calm mind

    Raichu- [speed + / atk -] @ lum berry
    EV: err... sp.def, hp, speed?
    -thunderwave
    -wish
    -thunderbolt
    -light screen

    Raichu wasn't that strong to begin with... and your sunny day destroys Raichu's surf, leaving Raichu with the most limited movepool ever... meh whatever
     
    refer to the advanced trainer's guide in the signature for vocabs ^_^; and also other things regarding team building for beginners
