4th Gen My team

Well im new here and i just learned how to EV train(a little late i kno) so i was wondering if this was a good team to EV train:

Garchomp
Surfing Raichu
Lapras
Lucario
Arcanine
Togekiss

Also if you would plzz help me get a good moveset for any of them and giv suggestions on wat items they should hold

Not really. Garchomp is Uber, so it would get ripped a new one by Rayquaza and Kyogre.

what should i replace garchomp with? i dont like using legendaries it feels like cheating.

good team! ok lemme think........ garchomp would be good with:dragon rush,dragon pulse,dragon claw, and a fire move (like overheat or fireblast) riachu should have:volt takle,surf,dig, and a thunder move.lucario should have something like:close combat,aura sphere,shadow claw, and dragon pulse or drawon claw and should absolutly be holding the sooth bell,srry but the last three
