Overall, you have a pretty good, well rounded team. Based on what I could tell atleast. You didn't give us that much info. Are they holding any specific items, what are there natures, etc, are good things you might want to consider why'll you edit this (if you do)

If I had to counter this team though, I'd use a Weaville, with the moves, dark pulse, dig, surf, and icy wind.

Anyways as said, team rate/help stuff doesn't go here, so going to close (in case this is actually a competitive Pokemon team, needs more info like natures/EVs if you want to repost this in Strategies and Movesets - i.e. check the rules there for more detailed info about posting there). Also there is a 'What's Your Team' thread around here already if you just want to post your HGSS team.
