Okay, I know you people hate me and will give me bad movesets, but my team needs a little work to get it going.
So any help would be appreciated.

    Here goes:

    Ninetales@Lum Berry
    Nature: Calm, 206 Def/95 Spd/4 Sp.Atk/205 Sp.Def
    -Heat Wave
    -HP Ice
    -Imprison
    -Quick Attack

    Armaldo@Leftovers
    Nature: Careful, 255 Atk/255 Sp.Def
    -Earthquake
    -HP Fire
    -Rock Blast
    -Swords Dance

    Swampert@Lum Berry
    Nature: Brave, 255 Atk/172 Sp.Atk/83 Sp.Def
    -Curse
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Beam
    -Rest

    Dragonite@Leftovers
    Nature: Hasty, 174 Atk/175 Spd/161 Sp.Atk
    -Substitute
    -Focus Punch
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam

    Medicham@Salac Berry
    Nature: Jolly, 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 Def
    -Bulk Up
    -Reversal
    -Shadow Ball
    -Substitute

    Miltank@Leftovers
    Nature: Adamant, 42 HP/64 Atk/144 Def/8 Spd/252 Sp.Def
    -Curse
    -Milk Drink
    -Return
    -Shadow Ball

Any help in making this team better would be appreciated.
Also, any suggestions to replace any pokemon with another will be considered aswell.

    Hm...learn how to spread EVs. I'm a n00b and I know that.

And Swampert only has a special weakness, so maybe you should focus on its Sp. Defense. I'm not sure.

I know how to spread EV's and the only defense EV's Swamp has is in Sp.Defense so what are you talking about?

    255/255 means 4 EV wasted... that's what Skarmory469 meant.

Ninetales shouldn't use Heat Wave... the little power difference isn't worth the accuracy drop. Imprison is useless here because you can hardly disable anything but your fire attack or (not both) HP Ice. Replace that with standard will o wisp. Put some EVs in hp as hp is more important than both defense.

Armaldo using HP Fire is just silly... rock blast will do better as a Skarmory counter. Replace HP Fire with HP Bug, rapid spin, knock off or chesto rest. Rework the EVs to have hp, atk, and def or sp.def... no point to try to tank without HP EVs ever.

Swampert should lose some atk EV for hp EV.

Dragonite's EV should be either 263 for speed (1+ Breloom) or none at all with a speed - nature... I am too lazy to check it for you.

Make sure to have Medicham's hp to be x/4 +1. Throw away bulk up for another physical move... rock slide or HP Flying.

Miltank is just strange... take out all speed EV as you're cursing anyway. Add up everything on to hp, atk and sp.def, hp being the most important. Quite unique... watch out for toxic though.

    Ninetails: Flamethrower, Hp grass, Sub, Will o wisp, Calm nature 149 sp.def, 168 sp.atk, 109 spd, 84 hp@leftovers

Armaldo: Replace Hp fire with Rapid spin/Knock off and Hp bug over EQ is optional, 252 hp, 20 sp.def, 57 atk, 181 def Impish nature if u want more of a tankish Armaldo works well because it well get u more time to set up S-dance =P

Swampert: good set, Brave nature, 236 hp, 68 atk, 136 sp.def, 70 sp.atk@Leftovers gives it more time to set up

    Dragonite: Brave Nature, 252 hp, 60 atk, 96 sp.atk, 45 def, 57 sp.def. same set

Medicham: Hi jump kick, Shadow ball, Rock slide, Focus Punch@Choice band same evs and nature

Miltank: Set works but as u already have a curser maybe : T-wave, S-toss, Heal bell, Milk drink this is standard i think, Impish nature, 252 hp, 96 sp.def, 162 def

    Hope i helped a bit atleast ^^

I've changed a few things but thanks anyway.

Anyway, a suggestion for the team is maybe raise Flygon's Attack, as Quick Attack needs a little power for it to work properly.

klducks? I hope you have a good explanation for that, before I close this down.

    Yeah real funny.
    What the hell's a nub!?
As for that recognition thing, that'd be great.

I would have lost if i had like, 1 more stat point in attack.

    And KLDucks.
QA is useful as more than just a reversal counter.

Seems like it's enough reason to me.

Jigga, what? Please read the BOLD and learn to EV spread.

Dude, maxing 2 stats isn't spreading EV's but thanks anyway.

252/252/6 is taken as EV spreading. 255/255 is not. Learn how EVs actually work and you might know more.

Neither is putting Speed EVs in something that should be special tanking. Personally, I'd rather have two good stats on a monster that needs it (i.e. Spd and SpAt on Zam), rather than all rubbish stats.

    What's 6 EV's going to do anyway?
It's only 1 stat point.. so really it makes no difference if it's 255 or 252...

Four stat evs give you 1 more speed point. It lets you outrun anything with your same base speed which doesn't put any into speed at all. Very very useful.

    Point taken.
But I really don't think my team relies on speed.

But even if it's insignificant, it doesn't hurt any. So why not give it that one more point? HP can also make a difference; the subbing to 1 hp for reversal/flail. Defences and attackings don't help so much, because they fluctuate 90-110%. But, you never might know what 1 point can help you do. And if you want to seem pro, do the 252 thing ;)

There, that is much much more appropriate =]
