My other shiny pokes are either a) most likely hacked or b) bad natured or c) not for trade
 
i already have a Jap Ditto so unless its Shiny then im not interested :)
does that Mew have same moves and stats?

As for the Shiny, if they are of Pokes i like the Nature might not matter

There's no general event.. it's most likely caught on Faraway Island. When it gets caught on Faraway Island, the OT and ID = That of the trainer that caught it originally. Get it? =P
