It doesen't matter to me if I give away my Macho Brace, since I have Emerald :p

1. i trade you Random with Roost for your Lugia and Macho Brace
2. i clone My Pokes
3. i trade back Lugia and ??? (what poke was it you wanted again?)

that sound right? other then forgetting the poke you want :)

Shiny Raikou lvl40 Timid Nature : Rain Dance, Leer, Quick Attack, Thunder
 
Sorry i dont, but if i get the stats as as its not been lvled up you should be able to use a IV calculator to figure them out
 
I cant no, but i MIGHT be able to trade it back with the person i traded with and they might be able to
