seeing as houndour evolves into houndoom at lvl 20 and you cant catch it at lvl 1 without hacking it seems suspiscious.

oh, that was you that had that? well then that other guy did one of the following:
1. hacked
2. did the pomeg berry glitch

unless he used the pomeg berry glitch, maybe?
 
its some glitch that lets you train a pokemon before it hatches, so you could get a lvl 1 second or third evolution, like a lvl 1 salamence, or a lvl 1 flaffy. if you want to know more, google it.
 
Yeah, I'm suspicious about that too. Since Houndour evolves to Houndoom at L39 normally, looks somewhat illegal to me.
 
Either way, please remove it from the list. Glitched/hacked Pokémon aren't allowed here, anyways.
