My Typhlosion/Ursaring Prime deck.. what do ya think?

Hi! I'm a new player at Pokemon and I started off with this deck... it seems pretty good but I don't think it is competetive enough for cities... so maybe someone can help me! lol =] so here it is!

I'd drop a 1-1 Ninetales HS and add in a couple Fisherman. Also, is that all HS Typhlosion Prime, or are there a couple HS non-Prime Typhlosion in there? If its all Primes, drop 2 for the HS non-Prime Typhlosion to give you another viable attacker aside from Ursaring. You may also want to consider teching in a 1-0-1 or a 1-1-1 line of Nidoqueen RR for its Maternal Comfort PokeBody.

Also, 2 Uxie is probably too many. You might want to consider a Time Walk Azelf instead of one of the Uxie.

to use the typhlosion primes pokepower to add an energy and a damage counter to the ursaring, and start swinging for 120. lol

they r all prime. and idk i like the 3-3 ninetails but i do agree its too much. and also,i dont have either the nidoqueen stuff or the azelf lmao. any other things tht might help? and fisherman? what does it do?

Fisherman grabs up to 4 energy from your discard pile and puts them into your hand. Helps if you've gtot the 'tales Roast Reveal chain started but aren't top-decking any energy and still have a couple cards buried in your deck that you need.
