I don't have Ru/Sa, but I have battled on RSBot (when it was working), so here's my new virtual team. Please don't bash me, but I am open to constructive criticism. Make sure you corroborate all suggestions with easily understandable reasoning. Don't just say, "That sucks!" Rate my team and make suggestions (and yes, EV suggestions would help since I don't seem to use standard EV distribution). Thanks.

+Timid
EVs ? Def 129, Sp Atk 129, Spd 252
Thunder Wave
Thunderbolt
Attract
Bite
I think my main problem with Jolteon is I don't have many counters to ground types. My Alakazam's Ice Punch is the only super effective attack. I definitely need help on Jolteon. Perhaps I should use a different opener?
Skarmory@Leftovers
~Keen Eye
+Impish
EVs ? Hp 129, Atk 129, Sp Def 252
Spikes
Drill Peck
Roar
Toxic
My spiker, PHazer, and Shuffler. What more could I want?
Alakazam@Leftovers
~Synchronize
+Timid
EVs ? Hp 128, Def 252, Sp Def 128
Ice Punch
Fire Punch
Thunder Punch
Psychic
I hate Calm Mind, but you can suggest it if you want. I feel Alakazam can't last anyway, so it's a waste to teach it a non-damaging attack. Fire Punch is good against steel types, so I like having all three punches. I think I intend Alakazam to be my special sweeper that will take out about two opponents before going down.
Gengar@Lum Berry
~Levitate
+Bold
EVs ? Hp 200, Def 200, Sp Def 110
Mean Look
Hypnosis
Rest
Perish Song
Trap opponent and switch out on turn three. I know it's a waste of Gengar's special attack, but what other pokemon can learn Mean Look and Perish Song?
Slaking@Leftovers
~Truant
+Adamant
EVs ? Def 252, Sp Def 6, Spd 252
Amnesia
Slack Off
Earthquake
Hyper Beam
Pretty Self-explanitory. Amnesia doubles its special defense to great heights making it a more than decent tank (it also has great HP and solid defense). Earthquake and Hyper Beam maximize its incredible attack. I know you'll say Hyper Beam prevents Slaking from switching, but I don't intend him to leave the arena until he finishes off half my opponent's army. Slack Off is a nice recovering move, which I find handy since Slaking is also my tank.
Blissey@Leftovers
~Natural Cure
+Bold
Evs ? Hp 6, Def 252, Sp Def 252
Toxic
Softboiled
Heal Bell
Seismic Toss
My wonderful special wall (sponge?). Heal Bell is a nice option in case I send Blissey into battle earlier to heal my team. With Toxic and Seismic Toss, tripled with Softboiled, Blissey is a nice closer.
Now it's time for you to rip my team apart, er, to give me good advice.:chu:
Take care,
David
