    Can u rate my deck?I gonna play a tourney tomorrow and I'd like know your opinion!

    3 squirtle (expedition)
    3 blastoise (Base set)
    3 totodile (neo genesis)
    3 feraligatr Lv69 (neo genesis)
    1 lapras-ex
    2 wailmer (ex ruby-sapphire)
    1 wailord-ex (ex sandstorm)
    2 lapras (fossil)

    I stall with lapras while evolving blastoise,feraligatr and wailord;with this card engine I find the cards I need (like gold berry or rare candy). I prefer rare candy instead of pokemon breeder because I can evolve my pokemon in the same turn I put it down!
     
    Ok, first off I am guessing that the format is Unlimited(All Sets Allowed). If I am correct here is the decklist.

    2 Lapras/2 Articuno Fossil (I recommend using Articuno)
    3 Cleffa Neo Genesis (Must Need)

    Trainers 33

    4 Computer Search (Must Need)
    3 Professor Elm (Must Need)
    4 Pokemon Trader (Get Blastoise up ASAP)
    1 Pokemon Tower (Stops Wigglytuff and Erikas Jigglypuff)
    3 Gust of Wind (Must Need)
    4 Pokemon Breeder (Get Blastoise up ASAP)
    2 CopyCat (Good Supporter)
    3 Energy Flow (Good Combo with PokeCenter, Use Flow then Center)
    3 Pokemon Center (Look at Energy Flow)
    3 Lass (Use Lass then Eek with Cleffa, If you manage to do this first turn its devastating)
    3 Item Finder (Gets back your trainers)

    Energy 16

    This should be faster and gives you a lot more control. I didn't put any Town Volunteers, Energy Removals, or Super Energy Removals because there wasn't enough room. But over all I think you will be happy with the results.

    But anyway I'd like doing a deck using both blastoise and feraligatr or a deck with both blastoise and wailord-ex(I think this card is great).
    What do you suggest?
    And to improve my original deck?Arent'blaine's last resort good,are they?

    PS In the tourney I arrived second,defeated by a Pidgeot's deck (Pidgeot jungle of course)... :( :( :( :(

    Well as you can see I didn't change the deck that much because you still want to use the basic strategy. As for Blaines Last Resort, its an ok card but there are better options for draw power out there. Also note that Energy Flow/Poke Center is a absolute deadly combo in this deck thanks to Wailords attack. Have fun crushing the competition.
     
    Well not exactly, rare candies only let you evolve one stage whereas Pokemon Breeder lets you evolve two stages.
     
    That's not true!
    Rare candy says:"Choose 1 of your Basic pokemon in play. I fyou have a Stage 1 or a stage 2 card that evolve from that pokemon in your hand, put that card on the basic pokemon."

    This card allowed you to evolve your pokemon even if it's your first turn of play or if you put down a pokemon and evolve it using rare candy!!!!!!
    I Think this card it's great!!!!!!

    Um.. frankie dude, I think you're posting in the wrong thread...

    Um... I don't know... I think rare candy because I never seen a Pokemon Breeder. I think they are stars and Rare Candies are diamonds.

    Actually, Pokemon USA, Inc. has ruled there is nothing that will allow you to evolve on your first turn of the game. Personally I'd see it otherwise but... according to The Rulings Compendium:

    Q. Can I use Rare Candy on the first turn of a game (when Pokemon are not normally allowed to evolve)?
    A. No. There is nothing in the card that allows it to break this rule. Nothing evolves on the first turn of the game! (Sep 11, 2003 PUI Rules Team Meeting)

    The only real differences between Rare Candy and Pokemon Breeder would be the fact Rare Candy allows you to play a Stage 1 card, where as Breeder is directly Basic -> Stage 2 only... and Rare Candy is also an uncommon card.

    you need some more water energy or just put in
    2 energy stadium and also put in wartortle so you can evolve your wartortle into blastoise!!!!!!!!and put in a few croconaw so you can evolve your croconaw into feraligatr!!!!then put in some pokeballs so you can evolve super quick!!!!!!

    What do you think about it?My strategy is very simple: get out blastoise and wailord ex asap and
    Then attack!Rare candy is better than pokemon breeder cos with it I can evolve my pokemon even if I just put it down onto my bench? not bad,yeah?!
     
    Do not use Lapras ex!!!! Fossil Lapras is the exact same thing, and it doesn't have the 2 prize drawback. I would also add in another 2 Cleffa, just to be on the safe side. Blaiune's Last Resort is trash, replace it with Professor Oak for some solid card drawing. Take out the LNS, it is no good in a mono-typed deck. You need more Rare Candies, go with 4, and take out the Breeder (RC is much better). That should do it4.
