When I'm talking this kind of topic, I always project the Pokemon World as quite realistic. Because I can't get the idea of anyone can train a Dragon Pokemon with no problem whatsoever.
That's hy I'm always assume that the main games Protagonits age are around 14-17 years old, not 10. Especially BW protagonists.
This is too relative. In your post before, you just said that there are ghost pokemon who feed on other organism living force. Not to mention some pokemon ferocious and brutalistic nature.
Pokemon World have less crime because the game and the anime are aimed for kids. Thus they portray it like that.
Maybe I the idea of semi-realistic Pokemon too sticked deep into my mind >.<
Having 10 years go on an adventure where monster roam free and adults also have the acces to that monster is too far fetched even for an anime or game.
What makes me say that it's still less dangerous than our world is this: imagine a 10 year old in this world telling their parents that they're ready to leave home and go on an adventure. No way the parents would allow this; the kid wouldn't be able to live on their own, and it's dangerous. But that doesn't cross anyone's mind in the Pokemon world, because it's not commonplace for 10 year olds to be in danger out alone.

Yeah, but you have to remember that the children have Pokemon guarding them. If my kid had a Charizard i'd feel better about them going on an adventure as well.
Also, you can't say that their world would be better than our world if it had Pokemon because the mere fact that they have Pokemon maybe the reason that crime isn't out in the open like in our world. I wouldn't try to rob someone if i'd have to deal with a Hydreigon.
IMO, training a dragon pokemon can't be as easy as that. Just imagine if everyone have 1 dragon pokemon at their disposal and they somehow used their dragon when they gone mad. Even training pokemon in general shouldn't be as easy as that.
Yeah, and the potential kidnappers can have a Haxorus or a Salamence. That's like saying if you give a kid a gun, you can expect him to be fine in the real world; he can still be tricked and overpowered, especially since he's not the only one with access to Pokemon.
There's a lot implied by the fact that, despite all these terrifying creatures, a kid is safe enough to go on an adventure with little to no worry.
Like I said in one post, the mere existence of Pokemon maybe what makes the Pokemon world safer.
