This Deck is just a deck I'll Duel with for a bit so It can build me time to get some more good Spellcaster cards, or Magic/Spell cards, and Trap Cards that is Spellcaster related.

(OK, for the sake of ease, I'm going to put aside all the non-Spellcaster toys you could use in a Traditional deck like this and treat this like dedicated Spellcaster/DM. So, Thesis, Alter Ego, please don't hurt me for this.)

    Anyway, you should remove these:

    Dark Eradicator Warlock
    Dark Blade x2
    Gemini Elf
    Kuriboh
    Winged Kuriboh
    Ancient Gear Knight
    Pengiun Knight
    Gladiator Beast Andal
    Man Eater Bug
    Mask of Darkness

    Thousand Knives
    Dark Magic Curtians
    Monster Reincarnation
    Lightning Vortex
    Dark Hole

    Kunai with Chain
    Defense Draw
    Dust Tornado
    Spellbinding Circle
    Negate Attack
    Drainung Shield

Dark Eradicator Warlock is basically a nomi with a burn effect that isn't even worthwhile, since you'll want the Dark Magician itself around more for your effects. Dark Blade, Gemini Elf, and Andal are lackluster Normal Monsters that you could find much better Effect replacements for (I'll get into this later). The Kuriboh are just too much on the weak side to be useful here, with situational effects where you'll want something bigger to hit with. As for the rest, there are just better choices.

Thousand Knives is too situational for such a lackluster effect and Dark Hole loses out to Raigeki. The other three Spells just need to go so that we have space to work with.

As for the Traps, most have better choices. Spellbinding Circle gets beaten by Shadow Spell and Nightmare Wheel. Negate Attack gets beaten by Mirror Force or even Threatening Roar. Kunai with Chain gets beaten by most Spells or Traps of the type (or even Enemy Controller). The others are out for space.

...Now, I know you might not have all of these cards, but you should at least take this as a goal to reach:

    +2 Dark Magician Girl
    +1 Dark Magician of Chaos
    +2 Apprentice Magician
    +1 Breaker the Magical Warrior
    +1 Old Vindictive Magician
    +2 Skilled Dark Magician
+2 Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer OR Frequency Magician OR Magician's Valkyria

    +2 Magical Dimension
    +1 Graceful Charity
    +1 Premature Burial
    +2 Sage's Stone
    +1 Raigeki

    +3 Magician's Circle
    +1 Mirror Force

Let's start with the Traps: Mirror Force is obvious, but Magician's Circle gives you a free summon straight from the deck, with the prime target being Dark Magician Girl. On top of that, most other decks won't have much beyond Magician of Faith as far as Spellcasters (if that), so you'll either get a freebie monster during your Battle Phase or you'll get a monster AND a wasted MoF for you to trample over. Because of the way this works with Dark Magician Girl, we can add in more copies of Sage's Stone to bring out Dark Magician. Magical Dimension can do the same if one of the key players are in your hand, not to mention doubling as monster removal. The other Spells are basically staples.

Now, for the monsters. DMG maxed out is a given from the above, and Dark Magician of Chaos is a general given for most Spellcaster decks (or most decks in general, actually). Apprentice Magician for its characteristic mill + counters for Breaker and Skilled Dark for muscle + more DM summoning. The last spot, however, is up to you. If you pick Frequency Magician to go with Apprentice, then you'll also want to pick up some Synchros to go with it (Goyo Guardian and the two Dragons are prime picks here with Magician's Circle hanging around). You can go Kycoo to counter the ever-popular Chaos that isn't blocked in Traditional, or Magician's Valkyria if you want protection for whatever reason.
