Here is where you can discuss Bill and a Pokémon-based first contact in "Mystery At The Lighthouse."

    My review to come forthwith.

Yeah, a giant Dragonite walking. Woo-hoo? There was no point to the episode besides for the Krabby episode, which we didn't see until the league and that was even lack luster. I mean, where did Hyper Beam come from? I'm thankful for these discussions. I can see how bad Kanto was without nostalgia.

Oh, this is an episode I skip. It's just boring. It explains some stuff, but...meh. Nothing happens and Bill has a weird accent.

Ash vs Krabby was Epic Win! But they ruined Bill. He's depicted as a extravagant hioty tioty researcher which he is NOT! He's a smiple down to earth Johtoan who invented the Pokemon Storage System, but they butchered his character and gave his job to Prof. Akhibara (Porygon Episode). The whole episode refering to Dragonite as an unknown pokemon was bull and Mewtwo make a cameo on his door despite only known about by Dr. Fuji and Team Rocket at this point in canon. 0/5! The better have Bill return and fix his character!

err... nothing happens? wasn't this the episode where Ash's Krabby was caught? I mean, that's DEFINITELY something that happens in that episode (plus, it's the reason why Ash won the first round of the Pokemon League, the water arena.)

What, you don't love dramatic irony? Haha. Anyway, you're welcome, as people should talk about Kanto, only more orderly, like here.

Anyway, episode comparison time. Today, Dogasu goes on dialogue edits and a weird use of silence, plus some interesting observations.

The music editing was very suprising. I never thought it would happen that way.

Well, Dub people surprise you everyday.

Anyway, I'm going to talk about Mewtwo on Bill's metal plating. I'm amused by Dogasu's comment on that.

I've also got to mention the fact that Masaki has an image of Myuutwo on his door when, as of this episode, the Rocket-Dan were the only people in the world who were supposed to know of its existence. What gives, Masaki? Do you secretly work for Sakaki or something?

As he did say before he reformatted the comparison -- paraphrasing here -- "obviously, the producers had only 13 episodes in, so they weren't even thinking about the first movie or what they'd do with Mewtwo."

I think that's the official explanation, but it's an interesting "cameo," nonetheless.
