6th Gen Mystery Gift speculations

At this point we're 3 days away from Torchic w/Blazikenite becoming removed from the Mystery Gift list. I was really hoping since Nintendo made mystery gift a Wi-Fi feature that we might see another mystery gift pokemon/special item become available right after, but there's been no distribution announcements lately (aside from international distributions).

I would think that simplifying/adding a new feature to the game would inspire Nintendo and GameFreak to actually utilize this feature to the fullest. IT'S NOT BEING USED TO ITS POTENTIAL WHEN ONLY ONE COUNTRY REAPS ALL THE BENEFITS! >_<
