Yeah. I'm guessing it's for events. It looks very similar to fire red/leaf green's mystery gift, which i used when i went to the deoxys download event.

I heard that you can't use it yet as of now because its going to be used as a way to download and get a legit Darkrai or Arecus

nope i conntected nintendo and they are not giving out event pokes on wi fi, if thats what you mean't, they said they are not sure but they welll NOT give out event pokes on wi fi
ps: they are not giving out event items either (unless they lied) XD
