Tool: NarcEx - A gui for viewing NARC files

    This is a GUI for viewing the contents of NARC files. It is uses the source code of narctool.

    Right now it only displays the contents of the file as a tree.

    Please tell what you think. If this program will be used i will continue writing this program.
