Personality very calm and cool headed, kind hearted jounin. This quality does not affect him when striking down or assassinating foes. likes to follow orders except in dire conditions, uses more actions than words, He seems to be very ready to train any ONE that is willing to learn.He is the kind of jounin who prefers team spliting, this type of attack thus depends on each teamate giving each a responsibility, likely any error in such attacks would be due to fumbling on the part of certain individuals, thus blaming all teammates would not be neccesary. A very cautios individual, he also prefers to be alone during battle strategy mapping.

Appearance: He wears a black mouth protector for gases(most ninjas do, like kakashi] black ninja suit for assasination with signs on them, his hair is brown and uncovered...has silver guards and bearings on his suit. His hazel eyes make him look less deadlier than he can be thus making foes under rate his abilities.

History: Throughout most of koumeis life, he had been trained to be a shinobi hunter, however in one of his tests he failed to aknowledge the fact that he must be heartles, having forsaken the mission to save one of his comrades...thus koumei has left his dream behind. Ever since then koumei left the village of konoha and took another identity as a citizen of the village of the village hidden in clouds, with the name tototsei as a missing ninja, his whereabouts thus became unown as he himself was...for one year he was a mystery until the shinobi hunters saw through his disguise during the last chunin exams.
Now he is one of the highly ranked MISSING NINJA in konoha for his the respect he earned as the wind cutter...his story or life continues

History: His life has always been in fluenced by the genes of itachi and madara flowing through him...and the DNA of his inspiration, Orochimaru. Ever since Osuka joined the ninja academy, he had set his life purpose as an attempt to surpass the mangekyou, despite all his near death experiences and hardships through being a genin, he has only been able to achieve the 3rd tomoe for his sharingan. Learning justu from both sasuke and kakashi, he has kept his prime objective clear, through the copying of moves and dependance on the Sharingan, his Doujustu...., communicating with snakes in a bid determine the strenght of the Hachibi no hachimata, searching for traces of his inspiration, Orochimaru and limits to his ability to control the cursel seal traces in his blood.... Yet, with his determination as that of sasuke, he will never relent in this ambition, even if it will cost the death of his father, for only then will he be the most respected ninja known.. as he will be a memory forever...his primary target is an entrance to the Nakano shrine, where the secret of the sharingan mangekyou lies...and perhaps something to help surpass it. As thus when he does, he will be strong enough to control the Hachibi no Hachimata...the 8-tailed demon snake...he shall be invincible

Personality: He happens to be a laid-back person who is intersted in personal space, giving him room to build up his chakra.His cold, silent personality is one of the reasons responsible for the high amount of chakra flow within him which serves as an advantage when copying moves.With his fathers "don't annoy me" type of attitude he is quite popular among the girls, totally different in all ways from his mother except for the fact that he can perceive and track down people based on their chakra which helps in rating enemies perfectly and which will be a useful asset in tracking down the Hachibi no Hachimata, he is considered as his fathers reflection. This happens to be one of the reasons for his ambition to distinguish himself from his father by surpassing the mangekyou.

Appearance: He happens to be wearing the uniform chunins and jounins are supposed to wear(jounins and chunins are supposed to were the kind of stuff iruka and kakashi wear) under the jacket which is a kimono with the uchiha clan sign, a fan.. He is in all forms the replica of his father, Sasuke, in all qualities, cold, wicked, determined, handsome, silent and deadly...most of the times people wondered if he was Sasuke in a chunin uniform. His eyes are dark-grey like sasuke except when he is using sharingan. Unknown to anyone, he wears the ring "shu" belonging to his uncle Itachi on his right pinky finger...beneath the gloves.
