Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution

The latest installation to the Ultimate Ninja Storm series, Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is an upcoming game being developed by CyberConnect2, and published by Namco-Bandai. It will be released September 2014 for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. This game will have an estimated number of 118 playable characters, making its roster the largest of the Ultimate Ninja Storm series of games, its roster including a character made by the creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto. This game will bring new features to the series, such as combination ultimate jutsu and a new tournament mode featuring 4 player combat.

The story continues from where the previous game, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, ends. There will also be an extra story related to how the organisation called Akatsuki was created, and the past of the Akatsuki.

I am, if not for a bigger reason than to play the next part of the actual story if that continues. I know there's a non-canon story arc in the story mode.. something about a tournament.

I'm looking forward to the Team Ultimates and the inclusion of Shisui Uchiha as a playable character.

The preorder costumes are interesting too; Sasuke, Sakura. and Naruto in samurai armor. And I think Day 1 DLC is Naruto in Sasuke's outfit and Sasuke in Naruto's outfit as additional costumes

I really like the additional battle mechanics that are being introduced, such as the joint ninjutsus, but I can't help but be a little apprehensive as to the story ;-;.

Not-quite-canon story lines can be a bit hit and miss, especially since the manga/anime have not touched upon the Akatsuki's beginnings thaaaat much.
