yes sure OU UU BL and NU are the different pokemon tiers you can look them up at smogon.com OU is the best tier BL is the second best UU is third and NU is last.OU also stand for overused BL stand for borderline UU stands for underused and NU stands for neverused. Now for SAVS,savs are pokemon that are created by a computer program and then put on a AR then put into the game.So SAVing pokes are an easy way to get really good pokemon but makes them hacks so most people dont trade them but use them for battle.
