I need help to know whether or not u can catch any of these in Firered.

I also need the evolved forms of the ones that can evolve.

Luckily, you can get all of these pokemon in emerald in the safari zone, and sudowoodo in battle frontier

I see trainers in-game with them, but can u get them without trading?

Edit: Never mind, I'm good.

I found out on serebii.net that wen u get the mystery gift, u can get most of those pokes in the Altering cave.
